English: Vol-au-Vent: literally translated from the French, it means “flying in the wind.” What’s not to like about a crunchy, creamy, chicken and mushroom filled puff pastry shell? The creamy Sauce Supréme and baby spinach top off this French classic that should be known as “flying off the plate” or “gone with the wind.”

Khmer: Vol-au-Vent: បកប្រែតាមព្យញ្ជនៈពីភាសាបារាំងវាមានន័យថា “ហោះហើរក្នុងខ្យល់” ។ អ្វី​ដែល​មិន​ចូលចិត្ត​អំពី​សំបក​កុម្មង់​នំ​ដែល​មាន​ក្លិន​ឈ្ងុយ សាច់​មាន់ និង​ផ្សិត? ស៊ុបស៊ុបភេមឺ និងស្ពៃណាចទារកដែលមានរសជាតិឈ្ងុយឆ្ងាញ់នៅលើកំពូលរបស់បារាំងបុរាណនេះ ដែលគួរត្រូវបានគេស្គាល់ថាជា “ហោះចេញពីចាន” ឬ “ទៅជាមួយខ្យល់”។

Spanish: Vol-au-Vent: traducido literalmente del francés, significa “volar en el viento”. ¿Qué es lo que no me gusta de una masa de hojaldre rellena de pollo y champiñones crujiente y cremosa? La cremosa Sauce Supréme y las espinacas tiernas rematan este clásico francés que debería conocerse como “volando del plato” o “lo que el viento se llevó”.

Vietnamese: Vol-au-Vent: dịch theo nghĩa đen từ tiếng Pháp, nó có nghĩa là “bay trong gió”. Sao lại  không thích  một lớp vỏ bánh phồng giòn, kem, thịt gà và nấm? Nước sốt kem Supréme và rau bina non tạo nên món ăn cổ điển của Pháp này nên được gọi là “bay khỏi đĩa” hoặc “cuốn theo chiều gió”.
