I am excited to introduce our new Co-Chef, Tony Amos! In addition to his warm smile and friendly demeanor, he brings a background in senior living dining, working as the Sous Chef at Aegis Living in the years prior. Chef Tony will work closely with Chef Tam to produce the exceptional quality meals our Center has become known for.
Chef Tony also spent many years in production for Marketime Foods, crafting batches of healthy soups as well as other delicacies for sale in their deli. Chef Tony is an avid music collector and boasts a wall-sized shelf of vinyl records.
His addition to our kitchen is highly recommended by our own team member, Larry, who worked alongside Tony and can personally vouch for his dedication to the kitchen and his exceptional taste in music.
With his background in crafting flavorful, comforting soups, we are sure they will become a favorite among our seniors. He is also eager to expand his repertoire and explore a variety of different dishes to keep our menus fresh and exciting. We’re thrilled to have Chef Tony on board and look forward to the creativity he will bring to our tables!
