English: The flavor pop on the chicken is balsamic vinegar, and the pretty colors garnishing the plate are a rosemary-balsamic vinegar glaze and a red bell pepper coulis (koo-lee): a fancy French word for a puréed sauce.

Khmer: រសជាតិដែលលេចឡើងនៅលើសាច់មាន់គឺទឹកខ្មេះ balsamic ហើយពណ៌ដ៏ស្រស់ស្អាតដែលតុបតែងចានគឺទឹកខ្មេះ rosemary-balsamic glaze និងម្រេចកណ្ដឹងក្រហម (koo-lee): ពាក្យបារាំងដ៏ពេញនិយមសម្រាប់ទឹកជ្រលក់សុទ្ធ។
